What is your turnaround?

Our turnaround times are dependent on what you require but we'll always try to meet your deadline. When you contact us, let us know when your deadline is and we'll do our best. Typically we can product signs within 10 working days of a design being signed off but this can vary. If you have a grand opening or an event deadline, let us know early, and we’ll always do our best to wiggle the schedule to accommodate you.

What file format do you need for my logo?

Accepted Answer

We need Vector files, these usually end in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. Unlike a standard photo (JPEG or PNG), vector files can be scaled up to the size of a billboard without becoming blurry or "pixelated." If you only have a small, grainy image from your website, don’t panic—our design team can usually recreate it for a small charge.

Do you do car / vehicle vinyl wrapping?

Accepted Answer

We don't do full vehicle wraps where the vinyl changes the colour of the vehicle completely but we do what we call, 'half wraps'.  We apply vinyl to certain sections of the vehicle, considering the contours and curves of the vehicle. It's dependent on each vehicle and the design you're after so give us a call to discuss what you're looking for.

Do you sell standard health and safety signs?

Yes, we sell a huge range of health and safety signs and you can even have bespoke details added if your business requires these.

Will you come and look at the existing sign I have to see if it can be reused?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can certainly look at ways to keep the material use and costs down. One of our surveyors can visit you on site to discuss what is required and carry out a site survey. We also carry out sign maintenance as and when you may require it, please speak to one of our team to discuss your project.

Do I have to fit the sign myself?

Accepted Answer

No, we can provide an installation service and fit the signage for you.

Question 7

Can you come and measure up where I want my sign to be?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide a full service from surveying the site, assessing the fixings needed for the signs, checking the surfaces are suitable for vinyl signs, right through to installation of the finished signage.

Question 8

Do you remove existing signs if we need to replace them?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can remove existing signage of all types, old window vinyl, glass frosting covers, before installing the new signage.  When we survey the area, we will be able to advise of any remedial work that may be required before installation takes place.

I only have a word document sketch of my logo, can you use that?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are able to convert images into the correct format needed to then produce signs and labels from.  Give us a call on 01908 561676 to discuss your design.

I don't have a logo, can you design this for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a creative team that is able to create the designs and work with you to create the right look and feel for your brand and how this would transfer onto the signs and any vehicle graphics.

Does my sign need planning permission?

Accepted Answer

Some signage needs planning permission, this is dependant on the area, the building itself, the type of sign but we are experts and can help you with the planning permission process, if it is require.
