• The chosen nominee must be a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation operating within the surrounding area.
• The selected organisation will receive a free on-site survey if required to discuss requirements and a sign or vehicle graphics package up to the value of £500 (including design, print, manufacture, and basic installation).
• Excluded costs: specialist access equipment hire, out-of-hours installation, or any additional work beyond the £500 value limit.
• Ongoing maintenance of the sign or graphics remains the responsibility of the chosen organisation.
• Only one organisation will be selected. The decision of MK Marking Systems Ltd is final.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• The receiving organisation agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including photographs and case studies used on MK Marking Systems’ website and social media.
• Closing date for nominations: 12th December 2025. The chosen organisation will be notified shortly after this date.
• By submitting a nomination, the proposer agrees that MK Marking Systems Ltd may contact them regarding their submission.
